Account Page Overview
Welcome to your Account Page—the central hub for managing your NxtFireGuard subscription and settings. Let’s walk through each section to help you make the most of your account.
1. 🛠️ Account Management
In the Account Management section, you can easily update your personal information. Here’s what you can adjust:
- First and Last Name
- Session Timeout (Note: If you change your email or session timeout, you’ll need to log back in)
To change your password, simply click the Change Password button.
2. 🛡️ License
Go to the License section to view key details about your NxtFireGuard subscription:
- Product: NxtFireGuard-small
- License: KWPHKY3K-9RWJQKD3-VKLAFG96-E7N7AFMF
- Threat Logs Per Day: 0 / 5000 Threat Logs
- Blocklists: 1 / 2
- Users: 1 / 2
- Data Retention: 6 Months
You’ll also find a bar chart showing your daily threat log usage over the last 30 days, which helps you track your activity.
3. 📩 Notifications
In the Notifications section, you can set up alerts to notify you when your daily log limit is reached. Just enter the email addresses where you’d like to receive these alerts.
Important Note: This setting is global. Every user under your main account can view and edit these values. For example, if you add your email for notifications, your teammates will see it and can add their own or remove yours if needed.
4. 👥 Users (Main User Only)
In the Users section, you can add additional users according to your product tier limits.
Once created, you can manage new users by changing their first and last names, email addresses, and passwords. Note that while you can edit their details, you won’t be able to view their passwords.
5. 📦 Manage Subscription (Main User Only)
Need to adjust your plan? The Manage Subscription section redirects you to the Stripe customer dashboard, where you can upgrade, downgrade, or unsubscribe from your current plan.
6. 📊 Telemetry (Main User Only)
In the Telemetry section, you can decide whether to allow NxtFireGuard to collect telemetry data, giving you control over what information is shared for performance and analytics.
